introduction to the Vedas.

I B - The Mahabharata.
|
- Selective
viewing of Peter Brook’s Mahabharata.
- The
Dice Game.
- Krishna & Arjuna.
- The
Killing of Drona.
|
- Analysis and discussion on all 3 episodes.
- Understanding how the Mahabharata works at 3 levels.
- The Physical
- The Ethical.
- The Metaphysical.
The role of various players for creation of each
of the 3 themes. The issues of Life that
binds the themes.
SESSION
III. – Understanding the Power of Yoga and
Meditation.

- Asana,
Pranayam and “Chakras”
- Application
in Health and Disease
Exploration of Psychoneuroimmunology and Psychoneuroendocrinology

[This is a lecture session. Everyday hereafter a separate
morning session before breakfast will be scheduled for teaching
participants the basic yoga exercise and the actual practice
of meditation.]
